Methods of Payment:
We
accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card.
Shipping:
Shipping Time & Method. The time needed to
ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location. Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. We will ship USPS Priority, First Class, Parcel Post and Express Mail. Shipping within the U.S. only. We will ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes. Billing address must be the same as credit card address. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours. Delivery adds an additional 1-7 business days.
Free Shipping: When free shipping is offered, it is for Standard First Class USPS.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email after an item is shipped so that delivery times and locations can be tracked.
Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Lost Packages. Claims for lost packages may be made after 30 days of expected delivery, and tracking shows that no delivery was made at the address given to us; either a replacement or a full refund of the original item will be given after that date.
Returns:
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture's defect, contact us for instructions. Do not return products to us without first receiving instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
Return Merchandise Policy.
Jewelry Items are returnable within 30 days of receipt. Original tags must be in tact. Items with no tag or that are worn or altered, will not be accepted.
Any unauthorized returns, special orders, or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. All Items must be in their original packaging. Please notify Lori Lake Jewelry within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order.
Please return item in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return merchandise authorization number. To receive an RMA number, e-mail us (with "RETURN" in the subject field). When returning an item, please provide your RMA number, invoice number, name, address, and reason for the return.
Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. Keep
your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of
returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service
(U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can
not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our
return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You
are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused
or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is
the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Back orders. If item has been back ordered, you have a choice to either wait for item to be received within 45 days or receive a full refund.
Out of Stock. Although
we do our best to keep our jewelry inventory up to date, occasionally
an item may be out of stock. In that case, you will be notified and
given an option to either wait for its availability (no more than 45
days) or be given a full refund.
California Residents: California residents will have an added 8.75% state sales tax before adding shipping charges when invoiced.
California Prop 65 Warning: Some
base
metal findings, chains and charms may contain small amounts of
lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer,
birth defects, and other reproductive harm if ingested. Please keep
all items away from small children and infants. We recommend that you
wash your hands after handling. As stated at
www.dtsc.ca.gov/Lead In Jewelry: "Glass and crystal decorative
components used in adult jewelry are considered Class 1 materials.
There are no lead limits for Class 1 materials used for adult
jewelry. Therefore, the use of leaded crystal, including *Swarovski
crystal, may
be used in adult jewelry."
*Swarovski: Daniel Swarovski, skilled in the art of glass-cutting, patented an electric cutting machine that produced crystal glass in 1892. Then in 1895, Armand Kosman and Franz Weis financed the Swarovski company in Wattens, Autstria, using these processes. Swarovski became the brand name for this precisely-cut crystal glass.
.925 Sterling Silver: To qualify as Sterling, metal must contain a minimum of 92.5% pure silver. The remaining 7.5% is usually Copper to add strength.
World Vision Charities: When offering to donate a portion of the proceeds to World Vision if purchasing named product, it is 50% of the profit from that item.
